This might be a case of the context being a bit too long and this resulting in the LLM struggling to capture everything. Potentially good example of why we need better retrieval system.

another potentially good training, validation example to attempt to find out why the instrumentation form creation omits instruments. Potentially a case of forgetting due to very long context.
