[Bug]井戸B2から下で、上の階に戻れない

井戸B1から街へは戻れる。実装は同じなので原因が想像つかない。要トレース。

wellb2_001.json wellb3_001.json wellb4_001.json: 上に登る場合のセクション名誤りを修正。

eventHandlet.py: getEventSectionメソッドで、キーに対するセクション名が未定義の場合、デバッグメッセージを出すように修正。（何もなくイベントが終了し、誤りの発見が困難であるため）
