GitHub wants .md community documents #61

Describe the bug GitHub will not recognize community documents with .rst format in the Community Insights page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. https://github.com/aburrell/apexpy/community
  2. See error

Expected behavior There should be links to the code of conduct and contributing documents.

As of today, GitHub has solved this issue for me.
