MAINT: remove ssj_auroral_boundary dependence #109

Describe alternatives you've considered Attempting to maintain the repository here.

Additional context Scientific packages are not well funded and their creators frequently need to leave the discipline in order to have a happy life. While this does limit the years in which DMSP boundaries are available, future repositories could also be added if more processing eventually happens. The files may also be available on Madrigal?
