Describe the issue There are several classes and functions in version 0.3.0 that are scheduled to be removed in the 0.3.1+ release.

To Resolve Remove the deprecated functions, classes, and submodules

[x] ocbpy.ocboundary.OCBoundary
[x] ocbpy.ocboundary.retrieve_all_good_indices
[x] ocbpy.ocboundary.match_data_ocb
[x] ocbpy.ocboundary

Remove the deprecated kwargs in new/existing classes and functions

[x] ocbpy.instruments.pysat_instruments.add_ocb_to_data
[x] ocbpy.instruments.vort.vort2ascii_ocb
[x] ocbpy.instruments.supermag.supermag2ascii_ocb
[x] ocbpy.cycle_boundary.match_data_ocb
[x] ocbpy.cycle_boundary.retrieve_all_good_indices
[x] ocbpy._boundary.OCBoundary.get_next_good_ocb_ind

Remove the tests for the deprecation warnings and deprecated functions and classes
