Add DataPlane feeds #84

The Dragon Research Group is dead. The bot data sources from that project stopped updating in May of 2016. The system and associated web pages for that project will likely soon cease to exist. I was the former managing director of that project and after I left Team Cymru, support for that project ended. The good news is DataPlane.org has appeared and has some similar feeds available. The code for this project has been adapted from the dragonresearchgroup family.

Thank you for the pull request. We will review it shortly and get back to you as soon as possible. We will also deprecate the DRG bots, once we have verified your claim about their demise.
