Always ask to select a default launcher after reboot on Jelly bean.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. purchase 'ssLauncher the Original' from Google Play
2. install or update it from Google Play
3. set it as a default launcher
4. reboot the device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The launcher should be run as a default launcher without asking.
But always ask to select a default launcher.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This issue occurs on only Jelly bean (4.1.x/4.2.x).

I'm the developer of ssLauncher. Two versions of ssLauncher are published to 
Google Play: ssLauncher (free version) and ssLauncher the Original (paid 
version).
The difference between the two versions is LVL: only the paid version includes 
it.

* IMPORTANT!
This issue occurs only when INSTALLED/UPDATED FROM Google Play for the paid 
version, NOT for the free version. That is, it does not occurs when you update 
it manually with the apk that is absolutely same to the published one. As I 
said, only the paid version includes LVL.
I know that some other launcher applications such as 'Next launcher 3D' and 
'TSF shell' has same issue.

Any ideas?

I have found this is from the encryption bug of Google Play. When this will be 
resolved? The even bad is all widgets are reset after rebooting on Android 
4.2.2!
