Can the Delivery Mechanism drop-down list show only the Mechanisms associated with specific action selected above?

This should be possible - we can create multiple category combos (combination of delivery mechanism and field implementer) and assign to actions.

We need to do some modification to the data entry and reporting apps... but doable.
