Documentation: <(library) references should be <(component) #365

On https://code.google.com/p/gyp/wiki/GypUserDocumentation there are references 
to using <(library) to stand in for shared_library or static_library.

But in practice we use component=shared_library rather than 
library=shared_library.

component is a chromium thing. Every project can use whatever variable name it 
chooses for libraries.
