Warjilis Trade City Story battle? #10

The chapter 2 cutscene in Warjilis has a battle added to it where I can control all of the enemies. It's very bizzare... is this intentional or a bug or what?

It's 100% intentional. It's kind of like a bonus round where you can try to loot the enemies or grind or whatever.
