randomization value and shops prices #4

Sorry for the noob questions but I cannot activate the blue magic and the equip everything flags (only the faeries and text patches are available), where can I enable them?

Also, the Masters, Shops prices and starting equipments are not randomized (default is 0.5). Where can I change the values of randomization and difficulty? I am new to python and I tried to read the file with notepad but could not find the exact lines.

Thank you for your assistance and apologies if that is obvious.

Can you post the top line of the spoiler text file? Codes are entered along with flags. It should be asking you to input randomization and difficulty... don't start the program by dragging and dropping; open the program first, then drag and drop.

Silly me, I just dragged and dropped the bin file directly to the program without opening it first. I tried and I could set the inputs values.

BOF3_1.1 v3.2 acegmnqst 1622446061 0.5 1.0

The only issue is that starter equipment do not change and I am not assigned masters at the start unless I have to put a higher value for randomization? Thanks for the help and sorry for the confusion
