Provide links to dependencies #103

I was looking to install CNVpytor and I was looking at the dependencies. It appears that it depends on a python library ROOT. The ROOT I'm familiar with is a high energy physics analysis program. A quick search of PyPi, doesn't turn up a package called "ROOT".

Question :

Could you provide a link (and version) to the ROOT package that you recommend?
Could you also provide versions for seaborn and pyBigWig?

Sorry for delayed response.

All three packages are optional.

ROOT is optional and planed for import/export features form CNVnator that are not implemented yet, so no need for ROOT.
seabon package is used for plotting styles. We have not tested exclusively for all the versions. It works almost with any version.
For pyBigWig, it used for JBrwose visualization. It also works almost with any version.
