Hi,

Using CNVpytor, I am currently analyzing human whole genome sequencing to identify copy number variants. Most of my sample's genotype duplications are "../1:4.26", "./1:4.90", "./1:4.70", "./1:5.32", and "./1:4.96". Kindly help me interpret these duplications copy number variations results.

Thank you Krithika S
