[CAR INSTRUMENTS] {Time:%p %I:%M} does not update until music is started/stopped #369

Reproducible in any car with [CARSTEREO...] extension, for example KS Abarth 500 EsseEsse. Load the car in game and try to change time using sol: image +5 minutes, time does not update (still 12:00): image After radio is started time suddenly updates: image But still is not updating while radio is playing, only when it is started or stopped: image
