DIR only requests new holes #92

Testing with pi-pacsat shows that the dir request only asks for holes in the future. It does not seem to be asking for holes back to the age of the directory.

This happens if there is just one header received for the lastest file. Then it does not request the earlier files.

This might be related to pressing the dir button vs waiting for it to automatically request the dir
