There should be a command to reset pacsat back to factory settings #48

This should remove the state file, like the iors_controller reset. Optionally it could purge the directory, though there is already a command for that, but it may not work for the directory.

Is this an iors_control command or an FS command? If pacsat can't be started then we may need to run this from iors_control. So that makes the most sense. So if this is run then pacsat must be stopped first and then the file removed. It should also remove an installed cfg file.

Given a hard reset of the controller also removes any cfg file for pacsat, perhaps that, for now, can also remove this state file. But that would not allow reset of just pacsat.
