Ownership of roust #31

Hey all,

BPF no longer use RT, for that reason we are looking to transfer the ownership of this repository out of Bulletproof. Any takers?

I will take a look, if we can take it over as @frab, we still use it for RT integration.

I don't use roust/rt anymore.

@erdgeist easy done though your org has a fork of it already maybe I transfer to you so you can merge things in and then transfer to your org?
