Thinking about this more, I don't see how Restore Guiding could have stopped the mount assuming the only thing it does is talk to the guider. I'm going to keep an eye on this but for the. moment I'm going to leave the issue open.
took a quick look at the Nina source and don't see any immediately obvious way it could cause the mount to stop tracking. best hope at this point is to catch it fail live so finding it in the log will be easier.
I'm 99% sure this is a meridian limits issue, not a sequence or Nina issue.
The mounts on these rigs track well enough that Restore Guiding seems to do more harm than good. If it can't restore guiding it stops the mount where the mounts could track through the cloudy bits and keep going. I need to do a bit more research on exactly how Restore Guiding behaves but this seems like the right choice for the A-P and 10 Micron mounts.
