Change Namespace #6

Just Academe\SagePay, dropping the "JS" suffix.

All base namespaces changed.

Of course, there already is an academe/sagepay composer library with an Academe\SagePay namespace. Doh.

A rethink on what to call it is needed...

Composer name: academe/sagepaymsg

Namespace: Academe\SagePayMsg

'cause it handles the messages (data and structure) for SagePay.
