Package items are duplicated

I have set up this plugin to group products into packages based on shipping class. While it's grouping them correctly, the shipping calculation itself lists each item TWICE for each instance in the cart. For example, if you add 2 qty of "Multicolor Ombre Stemless Wine Glass Set", the shipping calculation will display: Multicolor Ombre Stemless Wine Glass Set ×2, Multicolor Ombre Stemless Wine Glass Set ×2, and the shipping class formula, which is set to [qty] will also result in $4.00 (double the expected amount).

@judgej thanks for the tip. It looks like the WooCommerce WooCart Pro plugin is causing the items to be duplicated for shipping. When I disable it, your plugin works flawlessly. Any idea what the solution might be?

Thanks - do you have a copy of WooCart Pro you could send me, just so I can try to get to the bottom of this? I have not yet been able to get the prices to double up on my installs - not once - so any way that I can reproduce it my end would help a lot of people.
