Submit button need two time click to complete submit IE11 #18

Hello we are issues with updation of browser IE10 to IE11, during activity upload on a course page the first time submit shows message to complete a field (but field already has info) then second time button click upload it. Any solution? we are running Moodle 2.5 and in the process of up-gradation.

This doesn't appear to be related to this plugin (bs grid)
