Improvement: Merge question and result pages or made a generic answer form.

After the first try with this plugin, the professor didn't like having questions and answers in separate documents. Now, the steps are:

• Print "n" copies of the question sheets.
• Print "n" copies of the answers form.
• Arrange by groups each answer/question sheets.
• Distribute the sheets to the students.

It's simpler if both documents where in the same PDF. Steps will be:

• Print "n" copies of the combined document.
• Distribute the forms to the students. The question and answers sheets for each group are in the right order and it's easy to distribute.

Other approach is made a generic form with no group marked with the maximum answer boxes printed for each question. It's valid for any quiz or group (students will mark the group in the answer form).
