"The torrent file cannot be opened because it contains invalid data." #2

When I open the torrent file that was created Transmission gives me the error "The torrent file cannot be opened because it contains invalid data."

The file looks correct when I read it with this: http://academictorrents.com/torrentexplorer/

I'm not sure what the issue is.
