It could be some kind of blockage in your antivirus, or it could be a problem with your browser. I tried to download it here and was successful. Alternatively, you can try downloading the content using git itself. To do this, install git scm download here, open your command prompt in a desired folder and run the following command: git clone https://github.com/academind/react-complete-guide-course-resources.git.

Below is an example of how to do it on Windows: example
