Update for Big Sur stable release #55

I can't use current OpenCore EFI to boot the Big Sur 11.0.1 (20B29) installer, it reboots to Lenovo screen please update OpenCore or Clover, I tried Clover 5126 with your OC's ACPI but it got kernel panic.

I'm able to boot Big Sur now, with Clover 5126, but I needed to use VoodooPS2Controller 2.0.4, and removed AirportBrcm4360_Injector kext

v2.5 has been updated, and remove CLOVER support.
