Sorry for the late PR: I've just seen the latest 4.1 release and discovered you have seen it, too.

Download script
- At the least the required wget <-> curl fix is included here already
- Added parallel unzip and simple file checking
Added docker file to allow the use of a clean environment
Some readme updates
