Enable Macro Error #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ALT F8 to run the macro
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to the online help or 
documentation of the host application to determine how to enable the macro."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP, Outlook 2007

Please provide any additional information below.
I already checked the Trust Center and the macros settings is enabled

I only know Italian version of the menu:
Strumenti->Macro->Protezione
Put level to "basso".

I guess in English it would sound like:
Tools-->Macro--> Security
put "level" to "lowest"

After doing this, restart Word for the changes to make effect.
