Wrong link in side banners #3

The right side banners are always pointing to https://openswad.org/es instead of pointing to the link related to the banner.

The banner is not inside a direct link, but inside a form with a parameter for the URL. For example: <input name="URL" value="https://www.openhub.net/p/swadroid" type="hidden"> SWAD logs the click to keep a statistic of clicks and then redirects to the URL associated to the link.
