Add version # and Date #3

Adam,

When you update the code, etc., add a version # and the current date, so it is easy to refer to. Otherwise, we could all be looking at codes, PDF, and Slides from different dates!

Where do you want me to add them? To the file name? The idea of git is that it handles all the versioning for us. All the history is there and you can push/pull/revert as necessary.
