Research Legislation APIs #4

Several APIs exist for getting informtion about legislation that's pertinent to a given piece of public lands. I've started to catalogue them but we should pick one. Spreadsheet here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14oKvM8lpXP2JJRqUJ-B8zCPoL7HsF0rSlVgbeUFug_M/edit?usp=sharing

The main criteria are:

Many parcels of public lands are designated via Executive order. These should probably be included. Wikisource (a MediaWiki) seems to have many executive orders, and there's a python API for MW sites: https://mwclient.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

There are also Public Land Orders, which are created by the Secretary of Interior https://www.blm.gov/programs/lands-and-realty/land-tenure/withdrawals/public-land-orders
