Links in Help files don't work when Help launched from SC Sublime pkg

When you open Help from Sublime, by putting the cursor in a term and pressing ^S^D, clicking on any links in the help file does nothing.

Aware of this. Not quite sure why it happens as Sublime just triggers SC's regular help. Will be investigated.
