Hi,

I added CMakeLists.txt to allow people to use CMake instead of make.

Created CMakeLists.txt for CMake use
Added .gitignore files to ignore
Added a section in README to explain how to build for Mac, including dependencies and make/cmake commands

Squashed all my commits into a single commit.
