Add support for "urgent" windows #59

I think you should add support for "urgent" windows. By "urgent" windows I
mean windows that blink in the panel. For example, an IM window in Pidgin
that has an unread IM.

If you install 'wmctrl', you can use this command to set a window to urgent:

wmctrl -F -r [window_title_here] -b add,demands_attention
