Tray icons retain graphics dragged over them #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a program that puts an icon in the tray. (tested with volwheel and
batterymon)
2. Hover over the icon until a tooltip appears. You could also drag a
window over the icon.
3. Move the mouse or window off of the icon.
4. The part that overlaps the tray icon remains there.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It is expected that the icon will continue to be displayed without
artifacts around it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SVN revision 69 on Arch Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.

The graphics only seem to remain on transparent areas of the icon. The
first image I have attached is what appears when I drag a window over the
tray. The second image is what appears after restarting the programs, and
is what is expected.
