Web fonts defined via the @font-face rule[1] are currently not recognized.

Which steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://craigmod.com/journal/font-face/
2. Inspect the page's title

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The title should be displayed using a web font called "Liza".

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you 
using? On which operating system?
r430, Delphi XE, Windows 7
