D4 SVG Face Image #97

A standard D4 currently has the option to add an SVG to the face, but it results in the images appearing 3 times per side as it's tied to number placement. It'd be nice to have the option to make it a single image per face. I've been using OpenSCAD to accomplish it, but I thought it may be useful for others (and my sanity) to be able to do it on DiceGen.

There should be a toggle of whether or not to show numbers on the face as well. This could possibly extracted to any die so:

Add option to every SVG whether or not to show the number for that face as well.
Add a face option for SVGs to apply it to every face of a certain die
In case people want custom SVGs per face of D4, add some option on D4 to use SVGs per face
