Hi,

I think we should add pack RapidJSON into the source tree for the following reasons:

RapidJSON is not released regularly, so we should ship some commit we tested (until we remove the RapidJSON dependency)
Better ootb experience when you build a project and integrate systemc and cci via add_subdirectory()
