downloading cci-1.0.1.zip from tag location, missing CODING_STYLE.txt, but registered in Makefile.am #313

Hi,

I've downloaded the cci-1.0.1.zip (https://github.com/accellera-official/cci/archive/refs/tags/v1.0.1.zip). I've bumped into the following error: make[1]: Entering directory '/c/j/ww64/cci-1.0.1/obj-mingw-w64/docs' make[1]: *** No rule to make target 'cci/archived/CODING_STYLE.txt', needed by 'all-am'. Stop. make[1]: Leaving directory '/c/j/ww64/cci-1.0.1/obj-mingw-w64/docs'

The file is missing, but registered within this zip file bundle.

The automake flow will be deprecated and removed soon. Please consider using cmake. However, we will investigate as this issue impacts the released package.
