Read the Docs preview for pull requests #3

Having ReadtheDocs automagically allow documentation previews based on GitHub pull requests would be really helpful.

Assigning to JP for now since I think he built the Read the Docs by connecting his GitHub account which I think means that he's currently the only one with admin permissions on the Read the Docs side.

In Advanced Settings set "Build pull requests for this project" which should autogenerate documentation for changes in GitHub.
