Switching to more modern sass @use statements and additional README info #14

Based on recent work for Business Stream and some up-coming deprecations to Sass, I've refactored the Wilson theme to have @use statements for including partials. I've also added more README text to assist others working with this.

Added the Merriweather Google font that was implied by the current Tailwind config.
