This PR adds per-paragraph animation options along with Animate on Scroll library to allow editors to specify a range of ways for paragraph content to appear on scroll. Sorry for the epic amount of changed config. This is thanks to adding a new field to each paragraph.
The 'Animate on scroll' select field can be found in the 'Settings > Layout' group on each paragraph:
As a demonstration, I've updated the post-installation homepage to use these animations.
