Add a Map zoom field and use it to override the display settings of map paragraphs #25

Provides a drop-down field for editors to select their preferred zoom level for map components. Defaults to the original level 14. Uses a small custom module to do a hook_entity_view_alter on the paragraph.

Thanks to a conversation with @mangyfox on Slack, I'm going to review this PR. He's opened my eyes to using the .profile file which avoids the use of a custom module for simple hooks like this.

I did wonder if there was a way to do this but I've never used a profile before Wilson so I wasn't sure. Looking forward to the updates 👍
