Single images in Gallery paragraph #32

This PR is built on the back of the other open PRs which should be reviewed and merged first.

To provide better support for adding single standout images to the page I've slightly adapted the Gallery component so that it doesn't load the javascript and gallery controls if only a single image is added to a gallery.
