This big pull request replaces the restrictive Content Signpost Grid and Content Signpost Slider with new more flexible Card Grid and Card Slider options.
Users can build these section from "Content teasers cards" (node reference) or "Custom cards" (editable image and text) and choose between "Basic teaser card", "Feature card" and "Horizontal card" styles.
This PR also does:-
Updates the associated demo content for cards
Fixes some Javascript performance issues in adaptive-panels.js and jump-nav.js
Updates the Wilson README, particularly around information about patching Drupal core responsive images (a patch that fixes problems with animation effects and jump nav) and some other documentation and comment updates
Fixes some minor mobile layout issues
Updates all NPM dependencies in the theme to latest versions
Switches from eslint-config-airbnb to eslint-config-airbnb-base so that there's no assumption of React being in the theme (React apps would generally be included via Drupal modules rather than back-doored through the theme anyway).
