Given we soon want to use Wilson for the new Access website, we're likely to need to support a range of videos in content. This PR brings in a raft of fixes and improvements to how video media is handled. Including:-
New "Inline video loop" display mode for locally hosted videos. Provides the ability to make silent, autoplaying video loops embedded in WYSIWYG content
Includes a new module dependency for doing per-media-bundle view mode options in WYSIWYG editor.
Styling fix for issue where YouTube/Vimeo videos used as background videos were not rendered correctly.
JS fix for issue where YouTube/Vimeo videos used as background videos would not always autoplay.
Rename video media templates so new view modes render correctly by default.
Fix the display of the "Edit media" button in WYSIWYG textarea.
Default the width of locally hosted video to 1240px (normal page width). Use columns for different sizes.
