For #2079 the projects page was changed to only show the projects that an organization is running. Which was the old "Running" tab. However, the page still shows all of the organization's projects in one view with the projects sorted by state under related headings.
Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of showing all of the projects under various headings in a single page view, organize the page into tabs for "In progress", "Upcoming", "Unpublished" and "Completed".
