• [x] Consolidate Applications into a single URL
• [x] Implemented Getting started workflow for Individuals
  • [x] Sign up and attend orientation
  • [x] Pick your role
  • [x] Fill in your collaboration preferences (CP only)
  • [x] Fill out application and Create an publish page (AC/CC) - combined until we can support application approval
  • [x] Write tests
  • [x] Update interpretation seeder
