Individual account creation: add select all option when there are multiple options to select

For questions such as, age groups, racioethnic groups, gender groups, Indigenous groups that we have multiple checkboxes add an option to select all. It is difficult to choose several options one by one by Dragon or Keyboard

Maybe we can make a rule that any question with 3 or more checkboxes can have the select all and select none buttons. In that case, we could also apply them to the following fields:

• Which of these areas can you help a Regulated Organization with?
• Please indicate the sectors of Regulated Organizations you are interested in working with. (optional)
• What areas of the Accessible Canada Act are you most interested in working on? (optional)
• Please indicate the types of meetings you are willing to attend. (required)
