Adding/Updating Volunteers #275

@brian-montgomery, looks good. Maybe consider adding the following people as well?:

  • Karen, communications lead
  • Ishita and Kiara and Kate, evaluations team

Kate is already be there (Katya).

Adding Karen is a great catch... I thought I had Kiara, but apparently not. I'll add her too.
