How can we make the home page more accessible to individuals with limited English? For example, do we put a button that says "en espanol" and when clicked it translates the whole page? Or do we just focus on having as many resources in different languages without necessarily translating the main page?

We definitely could use language buttons, otherwise Google would translate it; @renemarcelo have you tried out https://www.transifex.com/ It could prove useful for translation. I also have a few translations interns who can help. Let me know if you need their help.
